The House is located on the west side of Kyoto University Faculty of Medicine Campus.

Constructed in 2013. Three-story building with semi-fire-resistant wooden construction. Comprises house offices, facilities for common use, and single-occupant residential units.

③ FURNISHINGS
All rooms are air-conditioned. All units are furnished with internet access (Wi-Fi), IH cooking heater (except type G’), small refrigerator, bath (except type G’), toilet (except type G’), bed, bedding (bed pad, sheet, blanket, pillow, and bed cover), desk, and chair.
Residents in unit type G’ are requested to use the shared bathroom, toilet, and IH cooking heater between the two rooms.
3. Rent
Rent, which includes electricity, water, internet access and bedding, must be paid according to the following rates.
An admission fee of ￥11,000 will be charged at the beginning of the tenancy together with the rent for the first month.

4. Telephones
There are no telephone lines in the facility. During office hours, the house office staff can be contacted via an intercom in each unit. The intercoms at the entrance of the facility connect to each unit.
